Using the online forms, you can do the following:

- Complete your registration for students in grades Prek-12

- Complete CPSE/other Special Education registration

- Complete a change of address

New K-12 Students for the CURRENT School Year (2024-2025):

In accordance with established policy of the West Islip School District, children must be five (5) years of age on or before December 1 in order to be enrolled in kindergarten for the coming year.

At the time of registration, a parent/guardian must present school officials with all required documentation. The building school nurse will review the immunization documentation for completeness. No student will be admitted to school without the required immunizations.

Nuevos Estudiantes de Grados K-12 para el Año Escolar ACTUAL (2024-2025):
Recuerda que tu inscripción no está completa hasta que recibas una confirmación del distrito.

Según las reglas del Distrito Escolar de West Islip, los niños deben tener cinco (5) años cumplidos antes del 1 de diciembre para poder inscribirse en kindergarten para el próximo año.
Al inscribirse, un padre o tutor debe presentar todos los documentos requierdos. La enfermera de la escuela revisará los documentos de vacunación para asegurarse de que estén completos. Ningún estudiante podrá entrar a la escuela sin las vacunas requeridas.
